Enjoy meeting the goats in the beautiful Undredal green valley.
Our goats move up to Melhus, the first summer farm after 17th May and up to Langhuso, the second one after the 15th July.
Walk beside rivers and through woodland, learn about traditional seter life, and finish to meet the herd and taste our award‑winning goat cheeses.
Your guide will tell you stories about life of the budeier (the traditional dairy maids) in the valley before electricity days. You will hear all about the way the well rewarded cheese is still made.

Practical hints :
- Make sure you have good waterproof walking shoes, there is an easy crossing over a spring
- Take a rain jacket as weather can change
- Also take a warm jumper even in summer time
