Starting in Undredal our guide will take you up to Melhus, our first summer farm on an easy hike. Our goats move up to Melhus after 17th May. All along our guide will tell you the stories of how life was in the past on the summer farm, well before electricity and the road were introduced.
You will enjoy the amazing views from high up above the fjord. Arriving at Melhus where the goats will be grazing you will enjoy a cheese tasting and hear all about the way the well rewarded cheese is made. In the past the cheese was made by hand in each seter by the Boudaj
